How do I get some coffee?

You can easily place an order on our website by adding your desired coffee products to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Or, check our locations tab to see if there is a shop that brew or carries Pour Offroad near you.

Which grind selection is best for me?

Choosing the right grind size is crucial for achieving the perfect cup of coffee. Here are the recommended grind sizes for different brewing methods:

1. Whole Bean:

   - For the freshest coffee experience, we recommend purchasing whole bean coffee and grinding it just before brewing. This allows you to customize the grind size based on your preferred brewing method.

2. Standard Ground:

   - Standard ground coffee is suitable for most home drip coffee makers and automatic coffee machines. The grind size is medium-fine, resembling the texture of table salt. It extracts flavors evenly and produces a balanced cup of coffee.

3. Coarse Ground:

   - Coarse ground coffee is ideal for brewing methods that require longer steeping time, such as French press, cold brew or percolators. The larger particles help to prevent over-extraction, resulting in a fuller-bodied and less bitter brew.

4. Espresso Ground:

   - Espresso ground coffee is finely ground, resembling powdery consistency. It is specifically designed for espresso machines, which require a fine grind to extract the flavors efficiently within a short brewing time. This grind size is not suitable for other brewing methods.

What is your darkest roast?

Our Jalopy - Italian Roast is our darkest roast, with the 6 Speed - 6 Bean coming in for a close 2nd.

Which blend has the most caffeine?

Coming in with 50% Tanz PB and 50% Robusta beans known to have 2x the caffeine as Arabica, Lift Kit - Max Caf Blend boasts the most caffeine in our line up.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are fulfilled within 5 business days, and domestic shipping takes around 3-5 business days.

How can I track my order?

When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. Sorry unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please send customer support a picture within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have a strict no refund policy. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Are your coffee products organic?

We offer a selection of organic coffee products. You can find the organic options under the organic section of the 'Our Brews' drop down menu.

Do you offer coffee pods, whole beans, or different grinds?

At this time we offer whole bean, standard ground, coarse ground, and espresso ground coffee. We do not offer pods currently, but hope to in the near future.
